Gran Turismo (released 8/25/23)

I got good vibes from the movie’s trailers but it was a better experience than I expected. The movie is based on the real story of a kid who was really good at the game Gran Turismo, who got the chance to race for real. It was a very emotional movie. There were unexpected, tense moments. I’m glad it didn’t do the usual fame goes to their head bit. The movie is about a kid who loves racing and the money/fame is just the cherry on top. The visual effects aren't perfect, especially with anything involving fire. But there were some really cool shots sprinkled in there. It has a longer runtime but it never drags or gets bogged down. It is the best version of this movie that could be released.
