Iron Man (2008)

This is the movie that kicked off the MCU and gave it the footing it needed. It's a great story about a man whose creation has been put in the hands of the wrong people. This causes him to be the change. He becomes...Iron Man. For a half-baked script, they really pulled off something spectacular. Not everything landed but this proved to be a huge success for the studio that had one shot to prove they were something special. It introduced great characters with even better castings. The movie is a fun ride and set the precedent for what was to come from the MCU. This is not the best movie in the MCU but it is the most important one. Without this movie succeeding, the Avengers never would have come to fruition and the MCU juggernaut could have been dead on arrival. This movie is always worth the watch.
