Shotgun Wedding (Prime Video 2023)

Shotgun Wedding, in a nutshell, is Die Hard with a bride and groom at a destination wedding. I know that is an odd comparison but it's essentially terrorists who kidnap everyone except our heroes. The heroes must save the group. There are reveals of the true intentions of the villain. The whole shebang. The movie is predictable but it had genuinely funny moments. It’s easy for a cop or former military guy to be in the hero role. Having two average people take down pirates is just flat-out hectic fun. It’s stupid. It’s fun. It is one hundred percent worth the watch. Perfect for an hour and 40-minute action-comedy.
