X-2: X-Men United (2003)

The first movie was a solid enough introduction but this sequel had amazing character development and a proper story. It also did a good job of continuing the political arguments that resonate parallel to the problems of today. The first film is a classic, but this film took it up a notch. This is perhaps one of the best entries in the X-Men franchise of movies.
