What is your greatest fear? That is a question you genuinely start asking yourself while watching the movie. I don't have any irrational fears soooo I was struggling to figure out what my fear would be. The movie is fine for the first two acts. When the bodies start hitting the floor in the third act is when the movie takes off. Also, why does every horror movie I've seen lately have a spinning/upside-down shot in the first five minutes? It's just an observation I've noticed. The characters have basic traits to try and make them seem like individuals but it is still not enough. There are some cool visuals for the fear hallucinations. The best way I can describe this movie is a weird mix of Evil Dead and Final Destination meets covid/The Happening. In general, this movie doesn't stand out, but it's a fun enough time. Maybe check it out one night when it is streaming or available at your nearest Redbox. I also can't see an old witchy lady in a horror production without thinking "The Hag of Hackett's Quarry!!". The Quarry is a great video game by the way. Anyways! This is an ok movie that should be rented/streamed.
