Insidious: Chapter 3 (2015)

This is an origin of sorts for the ghost hunters and their head ghost whisperer. They are definitely the strongest part of the movie. The dad is the biggest crybaby. He does care about the kids but he is acting like a stressed-out 25-year-old. The love interest for the main girl literally becomes a useless thread halfway through the movie. As a whole, the story is definitely more interesting than the previous films but done with less grace than the first 2. It's an alright film, but only worth the watch if you want to see the origin of the ghost-hunting crew from the first 2 films.
